Lumitya shall not be liable for: service quality, delays, damages, financial loss, contract disputes, personal injury, property damage, or fraud. Any agreement between a homeowner and a provider is solely between those parties.
Users may submit ratings and reviews. Lumitya does not guarantee accuracy of reviews, may remove content at its discretion, and is not responsible for user-generated content.
Lumitya is not responsible for disputes between users and has no obligation to mediate or resolve disputes.
Fees are for platform listing access only. They do not guarantee work, contracts, or revenue. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Lumitya's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Lumitya in the preceding 30 days.

Monthly fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Payment grants listing visibility only — not a guarantee of work, leads, or revenue.
Lumitya does not guarantee leads, revenue, project value, or customer selection. Platform access does not ensure contracts.
Provider agrees to indemnify and hold Lumitya harmless from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or legal expenses arising from services performed by the Provider.
